What are Honor Bio Labs products intended for?
Laboratory research only. They are not offered for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical applications.
Where are your peptides manufactured?
Our peptides are manufactured in Houston, Texas through established U.S. supplier relationships.
How do I choose a vial size?
Select the required research specification on the product page. The displayed price and SKU update with the selected size.
How do I request analytical documentation?
Email Help@HonorBioLabs.com with the compound, vial size, and lot identifier when available. Reports are sample- and lot-specific.
Does a purity result mean the material is sterile?
No. Purity, identity, sterility, and endotoxin testing are separate evaluations.
Do you accept returns?
Undamaged product may be returned within 30 days. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
How can I contact Honor Bio Labs?
Email Help@HonorBioLabs.com. Include your order number for order-related questions.
What should a peptide certificate of analysis include?
A useful COA identifies the compound and tested sample or lot, the test date, analytical methods and reported results. Check that the document matches the specific vial and lot. Read our guide to reading a COA.
What is the difference between HPLC and LC-MS?
HPLC separates compounds and can report chromatographic purity, while LC-MS combines separation with mass spectrometry to provide molecular identity information. Neither result alone proves sterility or suitability for administration. See our testing methods explainer.
Can a COA from one batch verify another batch?
No. Analytical findings are tied to the sample or lot tested. The reported lot identifier should be matched with the material being evaluated. See our lot traceability guide.
