These terms apply to the Honor Bio Labs online storefront. Review them before placing an order. Questions may be directed to Help@HonorBioLabs.com. This storefront is separate from SadalaBioLabs and its laboratory contract business.
Eligibility and intended use
You must be at least 21 years old to use this storefront and have legal authority to enter a purchase agreement. Materials are offered for legitimate laboratory research only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical applications. An age or research-use acknowledgment does not itself establish eligibility to purchase a particular material.
Product information and analytical reports
Product pages identify nominal vial sizes, prices, and other available specifications. Analytical documentation applies to the sample identified in the report. Do not treat one sample's result as a representation about a different lot, or interpret purity testing as sterility testing or approval for administration. Ask for clarification before ordering when documentation is incomplete or unclear.
Orders, prices, and availability
Prices are displayed in the store currency. Review the selected vial size, quantity, shipping charges, taxes, and total before ordering. Availability and pricing may change. If an error affects an order, we will contact you about the correction or cancellation rather than silently charge a different amount. If we cancel an order after payment, the applicable payment will be refunded.
Payment and delivery
Use accurate billing and delivery information and a payment method you are authorized to use. Delivery terms are described on the Shipping page and in the checkout information applicable to your order.
Returns and refunds
Undamaged product may be returned within 30 days of purchase under our Returns & Refunds policy. Customer-paid return postage is charged only once. The returned product is inspected before a refund is issued. This policy does not remove rights provided by applicable law.
Use of the website
Do not misuse the store, submit false information, interfere with security or availability, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for unlawful activity. Keep any account credentials secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.
No medical or administration advice
Site content and customer support are not medical advice. We do not provide human or veterinary dosing, injection, treatment, or administration instructions. Research-use materials should not be used as substitutes for approved medicines.
Intellectual property and third-party services
Store branding and original content are owned by or licensed to their respective owners. Except as permitted by law or with permission, do not reproduce or commercially exploit that content. External websites and services are governed by their own terms; a link does not make us responsible for their content.
Liability and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from misuse of the website or materials. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not create approval for a prohibited use.
Privacy and changes
See our Privacy Policy for information about personal data. We may update terms for future use and purchases; changes do not retroactively remove rights arising from an existing order.
